Jay founded Classic Properties Real Estate in 1995. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the School of Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University in 1988. He obtained his GRI "Graduate REALTOR Institute" in 2000. Jay is a member of the National, Indiana, and Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS. He currently serves as the President of the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS, and has been on the Board of Directors since 2003. He is a life-long resident of Crown Point with family roots dating back over 100 years.
